Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to create an account, join the launch list or attend an ActiveMatch event.

Your account

• Keep your login details secure and do not share your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Tickets are personal to you and may not be transferred or resold.

Events

Events are run by approved organisers. The organiser sets the price, capacity, age policy and arrival instructions shown on the listing. ActiveMatch provides the platform, ticketing and check-in tools, and may remove listings or organisers that breach our standards.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our code of conduct. We may warn, restrict, suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

Payments and refunds

Where an event is ticketed, the refund and cancellation terms are shown before you pay. Cancelling early frees your place for the waitlist.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, ActiveMatch is provided as-is and we are not liable for the conduct of other attendees, hosts or venues.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
